INTERIOR DESIGN - project stages
STOCKTAKING
The first stage of the project is a visual inspection and a detailed inventory of the facility. We also do it on the existing documentation of the developer to exclude
any discrepancies. On this basis, the documentation necessary for further design
and the technical drawings are created.
CONCEPT
In this stage of the project, we learn about clients’ needs and expectations
and create the product brief. We prepare concept sketches and drawings.
The next stage is to improve the sketches and conceptual drawings in 3-5 options,
until the space is designed as most optimal.
VIZUALIZATION
The most important stage of the project is the design. With the product brief,
functional and ergonomics guidelines in place, we begin working on the final interior design. High tech computer software helps us to perfect the details and the visualisations. We will create a 3D model of the interior for you. Such visualisations allow the client
to see exactly what the interior will be like.
PROJECT
In the next stage, we develop the final project; we choose the materials, lighting, furniture and other elements of the furnishings for the interior. We provide the choice
of the materials only from the best and verified distributors.
The client will receive the complete technical documentation of the interior together
with the chosen materials and furnishing suggestions.
SUPERVISION
During the preparation of the interior to the realisation of the project,
we coordinate the orders and create cost estimates of the construction.
