INDUSTRAIAL DESIGN - project stages
CONCEPT
In the first stage of the project, we learn the clients’ needs and expectations and create
the product brief. We prepare concept sketches and after an initial selection, we create
3D models of the ideas. In this stage, we improve the product guidelines, the ergonomics and functionality. Client is a part of all process of the concepts development, and has the ability to connect elements of particular concepts.
DESIGN
Another important stage of the project is design. With the product brief,
functional and ergonomics guidelines, we begin working with final product design.
High tech computer software helps us perfecting the details and visualisations.
PROTOTYPING
For the best analysis of the products designed, we prepare prototypes on different stages of the project, either in house or cooperating with external companies and manufacturers. The technology of 3D printing, integrated in our studio, allows us to prepare prototypes
in 1:1 scale, on one of our 3D printers, and print objects of above 60x60x60cm in size. Prototypes can be fully or semi functional, depending on the needs. Our workshop can prepare even highly advanced prototypes.
PATENTS
Because our ideas are characterised with a great level of innovation, we developed
an extensive knowledge about preparing patent applications.
In our portfolio, we have both Polish and international patents granted, recognised
on the markets of the EU, the USA and China. We have experience in raising funds
and subsidies for intellectual property.
PRODUCTION
The team's many years of design experience and cooperation with engineers
and technologists allows us to precisely prepare the product for implementation
and commercialisation. In order to provide the highest quality of services, we also offer supervision over the implementation of the project into a serial production,
as well as assistance in creating appropriate promotional materials and product campaigns. We also have experience in obtaining subsidies for the implementation of production.
